You would like to know if and which data we have from you? Click here HERE to learn more.

You can visit our websites without providing any personal information. Each time a website is called up, the web server only automatically saves a so-called server log file, which contains, for example, the name of the requested file, your IP address, the date and time of the call-up, the amount of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the call-up.

This access data is evaluated solely for the purpose of ensuring trouble-free operation of the site and improving our offering. This serves according to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO to protect our legitimate interests in a correct presentation of our offer, which outweigh our interests in the context of a balancing of interests. All access data is deleted no later than seven days after the end of your visit to the site.

Hosting services through a third party provider
As part of processing on our behalf, a third-party provider provides hosting and website display services for us. All data collected during the use of this website or in forms provided for this purpose in the online store as described below will be processed on its servers. Processing on other servers only takes place within the framework explained here.

This service provider is located within a country of the European Union or the European Economic Area.

2. Data collection and use for contract processing, contacting and when opening a customer account.

We collect personal data when you voluntarily provide it to us as part of your order or when contacting us (e.g. via contact form or e-mail). Mandatory fields are marked as such, because in these cases we need the data to process the contract, or to process your contact and you can not send the order or contact without their information. Which data is collected can be seen from the respective input forms. We use the data provided by you in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b DSGVO for the processing of contracts and your inquiries.
Insofar as you have given your consent to this in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a DSGVO by deciding to open a customer account, we will use your data for the purpose of opening a customer account.
After complete processing of the contract or deletion of your customer account, your data will be restricted for further processing and deleted after expiry of the retention periods under tax and commercial law, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use data beyond this, which is permitted by law and about which we inform you in this declaration. Deletion of your customer account is possible at any time and can be done either by sending a message to the contact option described below or via a function provided for this purpose in the customer account.

3. Data transfer

For the fulfillment of the contract according to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b DSGVO, we pass on your data to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods. Depending on which payment service provider you select in the ordering process, we will pass on the payment data collected for this purpose to the credit institution commissioned with the payment and, if applicable, to payment service providers commissioned by us or to the selected payment service. In some cases, the selected payment service providers also collect this data themselves, insofar as you create an account there. In this case, you must log in to the payment service provider with your access data during the ordering process. In this respect, the privacy policy of the respective payment service provider shall apply.

We also use an external merchandise management system for order and contract processing. The data transfer or processing that takes place in this respect is based on commissioned processing.

We use a payment service provider that is based in a state outside the European Union. The transfer of personal data to this company only takes place within the scope of necessity for the fulfillment of the contract.

Google Fonts
The script code “Google Fonts” is integrated on this website. Google Fonts is an offer of Google Ireland Limited, a company incorporated and operated under the laws of Ireland, with its registered office at Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.(www.google.de). This serves to protect our legitimate interests in a uniform presentation of the content on our website, which outweigh our interests in the context of a balancing of interests pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. In this context, a connection is established between the browser you are using and Google’s servers. This gives Google knowledge that our website was accessed via your IP address.
Insofar as information is transferred to Google servers in the USA and stored there, the American company Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield. A current certificate can be viewed here. Based on this agreement between the U.S. and the European Commission, the latter has determined an adequate level of data protection for companies certified under the Privacy Shield. This website uses GoogleAnalytics due to our legitimate interests in optimizing and analyzing our online offer in terms of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO the service “Google Analytics”, which is provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) is offered. The service (Google Analytics) uses “cookies” – text files that are stored on your terminal device. IP anonymization is used on this website. The IP address of users is truncated within the member states of the EU and the European Economic Area and in the other states party to the Agreement. Only in individual cases is the IP address initially transmitted unabbreviated to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. This shortening eliminates the personal reference of your IP address. The user’s IP address transmitted by the browser is not combined with other data stored by Google.

Under the terms of the order data agreement, which we as website operator have concluded with Google Inc. The information collected is used to analyze website usage and activity and to provide services related to internet usage.

The data collected by Google on our behalf is used to evaluate the use of our online offering by individual users, e.g. to create reports on website activity in order to improve our online offering.

You have the option of preventing cookies from being stored on your device by making the appropriate settings in your browser. It is not guaranteed that you will be able to access all features of this website without restrictions if your browser does not allow cookies.

Furthermore, you can use a browser plugin to prevent the information collected by cookies (including your IP address) from being transmitted to Google Inc. and sent by Google Inc. be used. The following link will take you to the corresponding plugin: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de

We use “Google Ads” (formerly Google AdWords) on our website, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Google Building Gordon House, Barrow St, Dublin 4, Ireland (hereinafter referred to as “Google”). Google Ads enables us to draw attention to our attractive offers with the help of advertising media on external websites. This allows us to determine how successful individual advertising measures are. These advertising media are delivered by Google via so-called “AdServers”. For this purpose, we use so-called AdServer cookies, through which certain parameters for measuring success, such as display of ads or clicks by users, can be measured. If you access our website via a Google ad, Google Ads will store a cookie on your PC. These cookies usually lose their validity after 30 days. They are not intended to identify you personally. The following information is usually stored as analysis values for this cookie: unique cookie ID, number of ad impressions per placement (frequency), last impression (relevant for post-view conversions), opt-out information (marking that the user no longer wishes to be addressed). These cookies allow Google to recognize your web browser. Provided that a user visits certain pages of an Ads customer’s website and the cookie stored on his computer has not yet expired, Google and the customer can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. A different cookie is assigned to each Ads customer. Cookies can therefore not be tracked through Ads clients’ websites. We ourselves do not collect or process any personal data in the aforementioned advertising measures. We only receive statistical evaluations from Google. These evaluations enable us to identify which of the advertising measures used are particularly effective. We do not receive any further data from the use of the advertising media; in particular, we cannot identify users on the basis of this information. Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with Google’s server. We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of Google Ads. To the best of our knowledge, Google receives the information that you have called up the relevant part of our website or clicked on an advertisement from us. If you have a user account with Google and are registered, Google can assign the visit to your user account. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, there is a possibility that Google will find out and store your IP address.

We use Google Ads for marketing and optimization purposes, in particular to serve ads that are relevant and interesting to you, to improve campaign performance reports and to achieve a fair calculation of advertising costs. This is also our legitimate interest in the processing of the above data by the third-party provider. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f) GDPR.

You can prevent the installation of cookies by deleting existing cookies and disabling cookie storage in your web browser settings. We would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of our website to their full extent. Preventing the storage of cookies is also possible by setting your web browser to block cookies from the “www.googleadservices.com” domain(https://www.google.de/settings/ads). Please note that this setting will be deleted when you delete your cookies. In addition, you can display interest-based ads via the link http://optout.aboutads.info disable. Please note that this setting will also be deleted when you delete your cookies.

The Google Tag Manager tool that implements the tags is a cookie-less domain and does not collect any personal data itself. Google Tag Manager takes care of triggering other tags, which in turn may collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If a deactivation has been made at the domain or cookie level, this remains in place for all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager.

Use of social plugins from Instagram

So-called social plugins (“plugins”) from social networks are used on our website.

When you access a page of our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the servers of the respective social network. The content of the plugin is transmitted directly to your browser by the respective provider and integrated into the page. By integrating the plugins, the providers receive the information that your browser has called up the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a profile or are not currently logged in. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted by your browser directly to a server of the respective provider (possibly to the USA) and stored there. If you are logged in to one of the services, the providers can directly assign your visit to our website to your profile in the respective social network. If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking the “Like” or “Share” button, the corresponding information is also transmitted directly to a server of the provider and stored there. The information will also be published on the social network and displayed there to your contacts. This serves to protect our legitimate interests in an optimal marketing of our offer, which outweigh our interests in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 p. 1 lit. f GDPR.

The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by the providers on their pages, as well as a contact option and your rights and setting options in this regard to protect your privacy, can be found in the privacy notices of the providers:

You can also completely prevent the loading of the plugins with add-ons for your browser, for example, with the script blocker “NoScript“.

DSGVO to protect our legitimate interests in an optimized presentation of our offer and effective communication with customers and interested parties, which prevail in the context of a balancing of interests. If you are asked by the respective social media platform operators for consent (agreement) to the data processing, e.g. by means of a checkbox, the legal basis for the data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
Insofar as the aforementioned social media platforms have their headquarters in the USA, the following applies: For the USA, there is an adequacy decision of the European Commission. This goes back to the EU-US Privacy Shield. A current certificate for the respective company can be viewed here.
