This access data is evaluated solely for the purpose of ensuring trouble-free operation of the site and improving our offering. This serves according to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO to protect our legitimate interests in a correct presentation of our offer, which outweigh our interests in the context of a balancing of interests. All access data is deleted no later than seven days after the end of your visit to the site.

Other cookies remain on your terminal device and enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit (persistent cookies). The duration of storage can be found in the overview in the cookie settings of your web browser. You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and decide individually about their acceptance or exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general. Each browser differs in the way it manages cookie settings. This is described in the help menu of each browser, which explains how you can change your cookie settings. 6. Online marketing
The script code “Google Fonts” is integrated on this website. Google Fonts is an offer of Google Ireland Limited, a company incorporated and operated under the laws of Ireland, with its registered office at Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.(www.google.de). This serves to protect our legitimate interests in a uniform presentation of the content on our website, which outweigh our interests in the context of a balancing of interests pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. In this context, a connection is established between the browser you are using and Google’s servers. This gives Google knowledge that our website was accessed via your IP address.
This website uses GoogleAnalytics due to our legitimate interests in optimizing and analyzing our online offer in terms of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO the service “Google Analytics”, which is provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) is offered. The service (Google Analytics) uses “cookies” – text files that are stored on your terminal device. The information collected by the cookies is usually sent to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
Google LLC complies with European data protection law and is certified under the Privacy Shield agreement: https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active
IP anonymization is used on this website. The IP address of users is truncated within the member states of the EU and the European Economic Area and in the other states party to the Agreement. Only in individual cases is the IP address initially transmitted unabbreviated to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. This shortening eliminates the personal reference of your IP address. The user’s IP address transmitted by the browser is not combined with other data stored by Google.
Under the terms of the order data agreement, which we as website operator have concluded with Google Inc. The information collected is used to analyze website usage and activity and to provide services related to internet usage.
The data collected by Google on our behalf is used to evaluate the use of our online offering by individual users, e.g. to create reports on website activity in order to improve our online offering.

Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords)
We use “Google Ads” (formerly Google AdWords) on our website, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Google Building Gordon House, Barrow St, Dublin 4, Ireland (hereinafter referred to as “Google”). Google Ads enables us to draw attention to our attractive offers with the help of advertising media on external websites. This allows us to determine how successful individual advertising measures are. These advertising media are delivered by Google via so-called “AdServers”. For this purpose, we use so-called AdServer cookies, through which certain parameters for measuring success, such as display of ads or clicks by users, can be measured. If you access our website via a Google ad, Google Ads will store a cookie on your PC. These cookies usually lose their validity after 30 days. They are not intended to identify you personally. The following information is usually stored as analysis values for this cookie: unique cookie ID, number of ad impressions per placement (frequency), last impression (relevant for post-view conversions), opt-out information (marking that the user no longer wishes to be addressed). These cookies allow Google to recognize your web browser. Provided that a user visits certain pages of an Ads customer’s website and the cookie stored on his computer has not yet expired, Google and the customer can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. A different cookie is assigned to each Ads customer. Cookies can therefore not be tracked through Ads clients’ websites. We ourselves do not collect or process any personal data in the aforementioned advertising measures. We only receive statistical evaluations from Google. These evaluations enable us to identify which of the advertising measures used are particularly effective. We do not receive any further data from the use of the advertising media; in particular, we cannot identify users on the basis of this information. Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with Google’s server. We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of Google Ads. To the best of our knowledge, Google receives the information that you have called up the relevant part of our website or clicked on an advertisement from us. If you have a user account with Google and are registered, Google can assign the visit to your user account. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, there is a possibility that Google will find out and store your IP address.
We use Google Ads for marketing and optimization purposes, in particular to serve ads that are relevant and interesting to you, to improve campaign performance reports and to achieve a fair calculation of advertising costs. This is also our legitimate interest in the processing of the above data by the third-party provider. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f) GDPR.
You can prevent the installation of cookies by deleting existing cookies and disabling cookie storage in your web browser settings. We would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of our website to their full extent. Preventing the storage of cookies is also possible by setting your web browser to block cookies from the “www.googleadservices.com” domain(https://www.google.de/settings/ads). Please note that this setting will be deleted when you delete your cookies. In addition, you can display interest-based ads via the link http://optout.aboutads.info disable. Please note that this setting will also be deleted when you delete your cookies.

7. Social Media
Use of social plugins from Instagram
So-called social plugins (“plugins”) from social networks are used on our website.
When you access a page of our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the servers of the respective social network. The content of the plugin is transmitted directly to your browser by the respective provider and integrated into the page. By integrating the plugins, the providers receive the information that your browser has called up the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a profile or are not currently logged in. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted by your browser directly to a server of the respective provider (possibly to the USA) and stored there. If you are logged in to one of the services, the providers can directly assign your visit to our website to your profile in the respective social network. If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking the “Like” or “Share” button, the corresponding information is also transmitted directly to a server of the provider and stored there. The information will also be published on the social network and displayed there to your contacts. This serves to protect our legitimate interests in an optimal marketing of our offer, which outweigh our interests in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 p. 1 lit. f GDPR.
The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by the providers on their pages, as well as a contact option and your rights and setting options in this regard to protect your privacy, can be found in the privacy notices of the providers:
If you do not want the social networks to assign the data collected via our website directly to your profile in the respective service, you must log out of the corresponding service before visiting our website. You can also completely prevent the loading of the plugins with add-ons for your browser, for example, with the script blocker “NoScript“.

Our presence on social networks and platforms serves to improve active communication with our customers and prospects. We inform there about our products and ongoing special promotions.
When visiting our online presences in social media, your data may be automatically collected and stored for market research and advertising purposes. So-called usage profiles are created from this data using pseudonyms. These may be used, for example, to serve advertisements within and outside the platforms that are presumed to match your interests. Cookies are generally used on your terminal device for this purpose. These cookies store visitor behavior and interests. This serves according to Art. 6 par. 1 lit. f. DSGVO to protect our legitimate interests in an optimized presentation of our offer and effective communication with customers and interested parties, which prevail in the context of a balancing of interests. If you are asked by the respective social media platform operators for consent (agreement) to the data processing, e.g. by means of a checkbox, the legal basis for the data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
Insofar as the aforementioned social media platforms have their headquarters in the USA, the following applies: For the USA, there is an adequacy decision of the European Commission. This goes back to the EU-US Privacy Shield. A current certificate for the respective company can be viewed here.
